探究运动疗法及药物联合饮食控制治疗社区糖尿病的可靠性

摘　　要：目的:探讨运动疗法及药物联合饮食控制治疗社区糖尿病患者的临床效果.方法:选取2018年1-12月社区糖尿病患者104例,随机分为两组,各52例.对照组给予常规药物治疗;治疗组给予运动疗法及药物联合饮食控制治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:治疗组治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖水平均低于对照组,治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:运动疗法及药物联合饮食控制治疗社区糖尿病患者效果显著.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of exercise therapy and medicine combined with diet control in the treatment of community diabetes.Methods:From January to December 2018,104 diabetes patients in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs;the treatment group was treated with exercise therapy and medicine combined with diet control.We compared the efficacy of the two groups.Results:In the treatment group,after treatment,fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose were lower than the control group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of exercise therapy and medicine combined with diet control in the treatment of community diabetes is significant.
