摘　　要：目的:探讨紧急剖胸术在严重胸部创伤中的应用价值及手术指征.方法:2017年11月-2019年9月收治严重胸部创伤患者60例,按治疗方式不同分为两组,各30例.对照组接受手术室剖胸术治疗;试验组接受急诊室剖胸术治疗.比较两组手术时间、出血量及并发症情况,总结手术指征.结果:试验组手术时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组出血量与并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:紧急剖胸术在严重胸部创伤中应用具有较高临床价值,主要手术指征包括严重心包压塞、失血性休克等.Objective:To explore the application value of emergency thoracotomy in severe chest trauma and its surgical indications.Methods:From November 2017 to September 2019,60 patients with severe chest trauma were enrolled,they were divided into two groups according to the different treatment methods with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by operation room thoracotomy,while the experimental group received emergency room thoracotomy.The operation time,amount of bleeding and complications of the two groups were compared and the indications of operation were summarized.Results:The operation time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The amount of bleeding and complications between the two groups were compared,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Emergency thoracotomy has high clinical value in severe chest trauma,its key surgical indications include severe pericardial tamponade,hemorrhagic shock,etc.
