摘　　要：目的:探究24 h血压动态监测仪在冠心病合并高血压患者中的应用价值.方法:2018年10月-2019年10月收治冠心病合并高血压患者240例,随机分为两组,各120例.研究组实施24 h血压动态监测;对照组实施常规偶测血压.比较两组昼夜血压水平、用药调整及护理满意度情况.结果:研究组昼夜血压水平略低于对照组,研究组白大衣性高血压及调整用药患者比例少于对照组,研究组非常满意率及总满意率优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在冠心病合并高血压患者治疗期间实施24 h血压动态监测,可更加高效了解患者血压变化情况,从而利于及时调整患者治疗方案,治疗效果显著.Objective:To explore the application value of 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor in patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension.Methods:240 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension were selected from October 2018 to October 2019,they were randomly divided into two groups with 120 cases in each group.24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring was performed in the study group,and routine occasional blood pressure was measured in the control group.We compared diurnal blood pressure level,medication adjustment and nursing satisfaction between the two groups.Results:The diurnal blood pressure level of the study group was slightly lower than that of the control group.The proportion of patients with white coat hypertension and adjusted medication in the study group was less than that in the control group,the very satisfaction rate and total satisfaction rate of the study group are better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring during the treatment of patients with coronary heart disease complicated with hypertension can more efficiently understand the changes of blood pressure,which is beneficial to adjust the treatment plan in time,and the treatment effect is significant.
