肝生化指标异常与慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染孕妇胎儿卵泡刺激素的关系分析

摘　　要：目的:探究肝生化指标异常与慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染孕妇胎儿卵泡刺激素(FSH)的关系.方法:选取2017年6月-2019年6月进行产检且伴有HBV感染孕妇95例,以其中肝生化指标异常的35例为研究组,肝生化指标正常的60例为对照组.比较两组血清天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)水平以及脐血FSH水平,并比较两组不良妊娠结局和妊娠并发症发生率.结果:研究组血清AST、ALT、PT水平及脐血FSH水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).研究组不良妊娠结局和妊娠并发症发生率均显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:异常肝生化指标水平会导致HBV感染孕妇的胎儿脐血FSH水平升高,同时会增加不良妊娠结局和妊娠并发症的风险.Objective:To explore the relationship between abnormal liver biochemical indexes and fetus follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)in pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B virus infection(HBV).Methods:From June 2017 to June 2019,95 pregnant women with HBV infection were selected,35 cases with abnormal liver biochemical indexes were taken as the study group,and 60 cases with normal liver biochemical indexes were taken as the control group.We compared the levels of AST,ALT,PTand FSH in cord blood between the two groups,and compared the adverse pregnancy outcome and pregnancy complications.Results:In the study group,the levels of AST,ALT,PT and FSH in cord blood were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the study group,the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome and pregnancy complications were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The abnormal level of liver biochemical index will lead to the increase of FSH level in cord blood of fetus in pregnant women with chronic hepatitis B virus infection,and increase the risk of adverse pregnancy outcome and pregnancy complications.
