摘　　要：目的:探讨成人型胆总管囊肿的诊断及临床治疗效果.方法:2011年1月-2016年12月收治成人先天性胆总管囊肿患者38例,总结诊疗体会.结果:38例患者均行手术治疗,术中出血100~400 mL,平均180 mL,术后囊肿标本经病理学检查未发现恶变,随访无囊肿癌变及手术死亡.结论:B超可作为先天性胆总管囊肿的首选检查.早期根治性手术是成人先天性胆总管囊肿诊治的关键,手术方式首选囊肿切除、肝管空肠Roux-en-Y型胆道重建术.Objective:To explore the diagnosis and clinical treatment of adult choledochal cyst.Methods:38 patients with congenital choledochal cyst were selected from January 2011 to December 2016,we summarized the experience of diagnosis and treatment.Results:38 patients were operated,the intraoperative hemorrhage was 100~400 mL,180 mL on average,pathological examination revealed no malignant changes,no canceration of cyst and operative death were found during follow up.Conclusion:B-ultrasonography can be the first choice for congenital choledochal cyst.Early radical surgery is the key to the diagnosis and treatment of congenital choledochal cyst in adults,the first choice of operation was cyst resection and Roux-en-Y cholangioplasty.
