摘　　要：目的:比较自体脂肪颗粒移植隆胸与假体隆胸的塑形作用.方法:2016年6月-2019年6月收治隆胸手术患者58例,其中29例行假体隆胸手术作为常规组,29例行自体脂肪颗粒移植隆胸手术作为研究组.对比两组塑形效果.结果:研究组并发症低于常规组,乳头水平最大吸气相胸围增加量小于常规组,患者满意度高于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:自体脂肪颗粒移植隆胸手术的塑形效果更佳,并发症少,安全可靠.Objective:To explore the plastic effect of autogenous fat granule transplantation and prosthesis in breast augmentation.Methods:From June 2016 to June 2019,58 patients with breast augmentation were selected,29 patients were treated with prosthetic breast augmentation as the routine group,and 29 patients were treated with autogenous fat granule transplantation as the study group.We compared the plastic effect of the two groups.Results:In the study group,the complication was lower than that in the routine group,the increase of the maximum inspiratory chest circumference at the nipple level was less than that in the routine group,and the patient satisfaction was higher than that in the routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The plastic effect of autogenous fat granule transplantation in breast augmentation is better,the complications are less,it is safe and reliable.
