摘　　要：目的:探讨咽炎片+中药穴位贴敷治疗痰凝血瘀型慢性咽炎的临床效果.方法:2018年3月-2019年2月收治慢性咽炎患者96例,随机分为两组,各48例.单一组接受单一咽炎片治疗;联合组接受咽炎片+中药穴位贴敷治疗.比较两组中医证候评分和临床疗效.结果:联合组治疗后中医证候评分优于单一组,治疗总有效率高于单一组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:咽炎片+中药穴位贴敷治疗痰凝血瘀型慢性咽炎的临床效果更佳,能更好改善患者中医证候评分.Objective:To explore the effect of pharyngitis tables combined with Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic pharyngitis of Tan Ning Xue Yu Type.Methods:From March 2018 to February 2019,96 patients with chronic pharyngitis were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 48 cases in each.The single group was treated with pharyngitis tablet;the combined group was treated with pharyngitis tables combined with Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine.We compared the TCM syndrome score and clinical efficacy between the two groups.Results:In the combined group,the TCM syndrome score after treatment was better than that in the single group,and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that in the single group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of pharyngitis tables combined with Acupoint Application of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic pharyngitis of Tan Ning Xue Yu Type is better,it can better improve the TCM syndrome score of patients.
