摘　　要：目的:探讨颈前筋膜扩张术配合针刀推拿手法治疗颈椎病中西医结合方法的疗效.方法:2013-2016年收治颈椎病患者70例,随机分为两组.治疗组采用颈前筋膜扩张术配合针刀推拿手法治疗,观察组采用颈椎牵引配合针灸推拿手法治疗.比较两组治疗效果.结果:治疗组优良率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:颈前筋膜扩张术配合针刀推拿手法治疗颈椎病安全可靠,效果好.Objective:To explore the effect of anterior cervical fascial dilatation combined with acupotomotor massage technique manipulation in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:70 patients with cervical spondylosis were selected from 2013 to 2016,they were divided into the two groups.The treatment group was treated with anterior cervical fascial expansion combined with acupotomy and massage,the observation group was treated with cervical traction combined with acupuncture and massage.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:The excellent rate of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anterior cervical fascial expansion combined with acupotomotor manipulation is safe and effective in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.
