湘西刘氏推五经治疗小儿风寒袭肺型咳嗽的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨湘西刘氏推五经治疗小儿风寒袭肺型咳嗽的临床效果.方法:2018年2月-2019年2月收治风寒袭肺型咳嗽患儿35例,随机分为两组.对照组给予中药治疗;观察组参照湘西刘氏"五经制助"原理给予推拿治疗.比较两组临床疗效.结果:观察组治疗第5天,咳嗽、咳痰及咽痒、恶寒、鼻塞症状积分改善情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗5 d临床总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:湘西刘氏推五经治疗小儿风寒袭肺型咳嗽效果显著,可快速改善患儿症状.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xiangxi Liu's push five classics in the treatment of wind cold attacking lung type cough in children.Methods:From February 2018 to February 2019,35 children with wind cold attacking lung type cough were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the observation group was given massage treatment according to the principle of Xiangxi Liu's"push five classics".The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results:The symptom score improvement of cough,expectoration,itchy pharynx,cold and rhinobyon in the observation group was better than in the control group on the fifth day,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than in the control group on the fifth day,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xiangxi Liu's push five classics in the treatment of wind cold attacking lung type cough in children is remarkable,which can improve the symptoms of children quickly.
