摘　　要：目的:分析健侧颈7神经转位重建对侧肢体功能患者的手术配合与护理效果.方法:2018年1月-2019年1月收治接受健侧颈7神经转位重建对侧肢体功能患者21例,随机分为两组.对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用围手术期护理,比较两组护理效果.结果:观察组护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对接受健侧颈7神经转位重建对侧肢体功能患者积极开展手术配合和围手术期护理可有效提高护理满意度.Objective:To analyze the operative cooperation and nursing effect of contralateral limb function reconstruction with contralateral cervical 7 nerve transposition.Methods:21 patients with side limb function underwent reconstruction of contralateral cervical 7 nerve transposition were selected from January 2018 to January 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups.Routine nursing was used in the control group and perioperative nursing was used in the observation group.We compared nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Active cooperation and perioperative nursing can effectively improve the satisfaction of patients with contralateral limb function reconstructed by contralateral cervical 7 nerve transposition.
