髌骨水平推移康复护理对老年性髌股关节疼痛疗效的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨髌骨活动康复护理治疗对老年髌股关节疼痛缓解及功能恢复的影响.方法:2017年11月-2018年7月收治老年髌股关节退行性变患者30例,随机分为两组,各15例.I组采用单纯膝关节注射,Ⅰ-R组采用膝关节注射加髌骨水平推移康复护理.比较两组VAS疼痛评分,膝关节功能评分.结果:I-R组VAS疼痛评分分值明显低于I组,膝关节功能评分明显高于I组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:膝关节注射结合髌骨活动性康复治疗老年髌股关节疼痛可有效缓解疼痛,恢复退行性髌骨关节功能.Objective:To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing treatment of patellofemoral movement on pain relief and functional recovery of patellofemoral joint in the elderly.Methods:30 elderly patients with degenerative patellofemoral joint were selected from November 2017 to July 2018,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 15 cases in each group.The group I was treated with knee joint injection alone,the I-R group was treated with knee joint injection and rehabilitation nursing of horizontal displacement of patella.The VAS pain scores and knee function score of the two groups were compared.Results:The VAS pain score of the I-R group was significantly lower than that of the I group,the score of knee joint function was significantly higher than the group I,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:knee joint injection combined with active rehabilitation of patella can relieve the pain of patellofemoral joint and restore the function of degenerative patella joint.
