优质护理干预在冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析优质护理干预在冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘中的应用效果.方法:2018年1月-2019年6月收治哮喘患儿150例,随机分为两组,各75例.对照组给予常规护理;观察组给予优质护理干预.对比两组护理效果.结果:观察组患儿护理依从性高于对照组,治疗次数少于对照组,不良反应发生率及家属焦虑评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:冬病夏治穴位贴敷治疗小儿哮喘的过程中,给予优质护理干预可提升患儿依从性,控制不良反应,减少治疗次数,改善家属心理状态.Objective:To explore the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in acupoint application for treatment of winter disease in summer in the treatment of children's asthma.Methods:From January 2018 to June 2019,150 children with asthma were selected and randomly divided into two groups of 75 cases in each.The control group was given routine nursing;the observation group was given quality nursing intervention.We compared the nursing effect of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the compliance of children's nursing was higher than that of the control group,the number of treatment was less than that of the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions and anxiety scores of family members were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the process of treating children's asthma with acupoint application by treatment of winter disease in summer,high quality nursing intervention can improve children's compliance,control adverse reactions,reduce the times of treatment,and improve family members'psychological state.
