摘　　要：目的:分析儿童早期综合发展在社区儿童保健中对生长发育的影响.方法:2018年1-12月收治婴幼儿82例,分为两组41例.研究组开展儿童早期综合发展;参照组开展常规护理干预.比较两组儿童社交能力、语言能力和运动能力.结果:研究组儿童社交能力、语言能力和运动能力评分显著高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:儿童早期综合发展在社区儿童保健中生长发育的影响显著,能够促进婴幼儿成长发育.Objective:To analyze the impact of early childhood comprehensive development on growth and development incommunity child health.Methods:From January to December 2018,82 cases of infants were enrolled,they were divided into two groups with 41 cases in each group.The study group conducted early childhood comprehensive development;The reference group conducted routine nursing interventions.The two groups of children's social ability,language ability and athletic ability were compared.Results:The scores of social ability,language ability and athletic ability in the study group were significantly higher than in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early childhood comprehensive development has a significant effect on the growth and development of children in community health care.
