老年高血压病患者入户健康宣教及平衡饮食指导管理方法及效果研究

摘　　要：目的:讨论入户健康宣教及平衡饮食指导在老年高血压病患者治疗过程中的临床疗效.方法:2018年3月-2019年5月收治高血压病老年患者88例,随机分为两组.参照组给予规范的门诊高血压3级管理干预;观察组在3级管理干预基础上加入每季度1次的入户健康宣教及平衡饮食指导.比较两组治疗结局.结果:观察组治疗后血压水平、血脂水平改善趋势优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在老年高血压病患者的治疗过程中加入入户健康宣教及平衡饮食指导,治疗结局甚佳,能有效调控患者的血压、血脂水平.Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of home health education and balanced diet guidance in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:88 elderly patients with hypertension were selected from March 2018 to May 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups.The reference group was given standard three-level management intervention of outpatient hypertension,On the basis of three-level management intervention,the observation group was given health education and balanced diet guidance once a quarter.The treatment outcome was compared between the two groups.Results:The improvement trend of blood pressure and blood lipid level in the observation group was better than that in the reference group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adding home health education and balanced diet guidance to the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension,the treatment outcome is very good,and it can effectively regulate patients'blood pressure and blood lipid levels.
