摘　　要：目的:观察分析云平台设备应用在高血压患者随访管理的临床效果.方法:选取2017年7-10月社区高血压患者352例,随机分为两组,各176例.试验组采用云平台高血压随访方法管理;对照组采用国家基本公共卫生服务管理规范的高血压随访流程管理.比较两组临床降压效果.结果:试验组患者收缩压及舒张压水平、血压达标例数及服药依从性均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用云平台对社区高血压患者进行随访管理,有助于整合家庭医生医疗管理,促进患者自我管理意识和能力的提升,有利于高血压疾病的临床管理效果,对血压控制具有实际意义.Objective:To explore the clinical effect of cloud platform equipment in the follow-up management of hypertension patients.Methods:From July to October 2017,352 hypertension patients in the community were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 176 cases in each group.The experimental group was given follow-up management of hypertension on cloud platform;The control group was given national basic public health service management standard hypertension follow-up process management.We compared the clinical hypotensive effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure levels,the number of cases with blood pressure reaching the standard and the compliance of taking medicine were all better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using cloud platform for follow-up management of hypertension patients in the community will help to integrate the medical management of family doctors and promote the improvement of patients'self-management awareness and ability,it is beneficial to the clinical management of hypertension and has practical significance for blood pressure control.
