摘　　要：目的:探索某院可收费医用耗材管理系统在单病种耗材控制中的应用效果,促进医院医用耗材合理使用,为按单病种付费决策提供科学依据和大数据支持。方法:从可收费医用耗材管理系统中提取2017年全年、2018年全年和2019年上半年医院耗材使用情况,对单病种路径下耗占比进行描述性统计分析。结果:2017年全年耗占比≥50%的单病种占比46.34%,2018年下降了21%。与2018年上半年相比,2019年上半年耗占比≥50%的单病种中,耗占比下降的有4个;耗占比下降的单病种耗材有13种,增加的有14种。结论:可收费医用耗材管理系统对单病种路径下耗材收费实现了信息化监控,可敏感捕捉医用耗材使用以及成本的异常数据及波动情况,为科学控制医用耗材费用不合理增长提供了参考。Objective To explore the efficacy of the charged medical consumables management system in some hospital for single-disease consumables control so as to promote rational usage of medical consumables in the hospital and provide big data support and scientific evidence for single-disease payment.Methods The data on consumption of hospital consumables in 2017,2018 and the first half of 2019 was extracted from the charged medical consumables management system,and descriptive statistical analysis was conducted by comparing the proportions of medical consumables by single disease path at different years.Results In 2017,46.34%of the single diseases had the proportions of medical consumables not less than 50%,down 21%in 2018.Compared with those in the first half of 2018,4 single diseases with the proportions not lower than 50%had the proportions decreased in the first half of 2019;13 kinds of single-disease consumables had the proportions decreased while 14 ones had the proportions increased.Conclusion The charged medical consumables management system realizes the informative supervision of charged consumables by single disease path and sensed abnormal data and fluctuation of medical consumables use and cost contribute to controlling irrational growth of medical consumables.
