摘 要:目前国内外在中小型叶菜采收领域存在装置少、自动化程度低、信息化水平落后等问题。为实现叶菜低损伤、高效率的采收,同时对该过程中数据进行赋能,为进一步数字化叶菜采收做铺垫,设计并实现了一种包含快速采收机电平台和远程信息服务系统的叶菜采收新模式。该机电平台主要面向水培的中小型叶菜类蔬菜,实现了相对通用的整排采摘和自动切根。该信息服务系统是一种面向服务、低耦合易扩展的物联网信息系统,用以采集、存储和利用叶菜采收过程中的信息数据。该模式稳定高效、易扩展、易维护,同时满足了现代农业自动化和信息化的要求。Currently,in the field of harvesting small and medium leafy vegetables,there still exists some problems worldwide,such as lack of appropriate equipment,low level of automation and poor informatization.In order to harvest the vegetables with less damage and high efficiency,as well as empower the information produced in this process,a new pattern of harvesting containing an electromechanical harvesting platform and a remote information service system based on the Internet of Things(IoT)was designed in this paper.The electromechanical platform is used to pick the vegetables row by row and automatically cut the roots effectively.The information service system,which is service-oriented,low coupling and easy to expand,collects,stores and utilizes most of the information involved in the harvesting process digitally.This pattern is stable,efficient,easy to maintain and expand,and also meets the requirements of automation and informatization in modern agriculture.
