摘 要:针对弹道修正引信用储备式化学电池存在的输出电流有限或工作时间短的问题,提出采用锂离子原电池。通过电解液添加功能剂与正极、负极匹配形成稳定的储存界面,提升贮存寿命;通过电芯材料、结构及正负极界面优化,改善电极反应的极化影响,提高功率输出性能。测试评估结果表明,新型锂离子原电池目前满电荷长期贮存寿命为10年,可在-40~50℃温度范围内1 A大电流放电,具有高比功率特性。In view of the problem of limited output current or short working time of the chemical battery of the battery of the ballistic correction lead-in credit reserve type. It was proposed to use lithium-ion batbatteries to form a stable storage interface by adding functional agents into the electrolyte to match the positive and negative electrodes, so as to improved the storage life;through the optimization of the core material, structure and the positive and negative electrode interface, the polarization effect of the electrode reaction was improved, and the power output performance was improved. The test and evaluation results showed that the current full charge long-term storage life of the new lithium-ion primary battery was 10 years, which could discharge of 1 A current in the temperature range of-40℃~50℃, and had high specific power characteristics.
