摘　　要：本研究建立了高效液相色谱法测定过瘤胃赖氨酸盐酸盐含量的方法。色谱柱:Agela Technologies,Venusil MP C18(4.6×150mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈∶0.017mol/L庚烷磺酸钠溶液=15∶85,进样量20μL,检测波长195nm;流速1mL/min。结果发现:过瘤胃赖氨酸盐酸盐在0.025~1.25mg/mL的检测浓度范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9997),最低定量限为2.5μg。说明该方法操作简便、灵敏、准确,适用于过瘤胃赖氨酸盐酸盐的质量控制。Objective:to establish a HPLC method for the determination of rumen protected lysine hydrochloride.Methods:Agela Technologies,Venusil MP C18(4.6*150mm,5μm).Mobile phase:acetonitrile:0.017mol/L sodium heptane sulfonate solution(1.7g sodium heptane sulfonate was placed in a 500mL measuring bottle,0.1mLH3PO4 was added,diluted with pure water and volume was constant to the scale)=15:85,the sample volume was 20μL,and the detection wavelength was 195nm.The velocity of 1mL/min.Results:within the detection concentration range of 0.025mg/mL^1.25mg/mL,the rumen protected lysine hydrochloride presented a good linear relationship(r=0.9997),and the minimum quantitative limit was 2.5μg.Conclusion:the method is simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for quality control of rumen protected lysine hydrochloride.
