改良式电刀笔在整形外科手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良式电刀笔的设计及临床应用效果。方法选取2018年9月-2019年6月在广东省中山市小榄人民医院行整形手术患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各40例。观察组采用改良式电刀笔,对照组采用普通电刀笔。结果观察组手术所需时间、意外烫伤次数减少、医护人员满意度提高。结论对整形手术患者应用改良式电刀笔能提高手术效率,使手术操作更顺利、安全,大大缩短术程,减轻患者痛苦。Objective To explore the design and clinical application of modified electric knife pen.Methods From September 2018 to June 2019,80 patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The observation group used improved electric knife pen and the control group used ordinary electric knife pen.Results The time required for operation,the number of accidental Burns and the satisfaction of medical staff were decreased.Conclusion the application of modified electric knife pen can improve the operation efficiency,make the operation more smooth and safe,shorten the procedure greatly,and reduce the pain of the patient.
