氮掺杂石墨烯的制备方法及在电催化还原方面的应用

摘  要:氮掺杂石墨烯作为一种改性后的石墨烯材料,保留了石墨烯在电学和力学方面优异的性能,并且氮原子的掺杂将会引入N-C键,增强材料电负性。目前已经可以通过多种方法制备出含有不同氮含量和不同氮种类的氮掺杂石墨烯。本文综述了部分不同氮含量和不同氮物种的氮掺杂石墨烯的合成方法,以及氮掺杂石墨烯在电催化还原领域的一些应用。Is Graphene(Graphene)is a two-dimensional carbon nanomaterial with honeycomb lattice composed of carbon atoms and sp2 hybrid orbitals.Graphene has excellent optical,electrical,mechanical properties,the material science,micro-nano processing,energy,biological medicine and drug delivery has important application prospect,is regarded as a revolutionary materials in the future.Nitrogen doped graphene as a new type of non-metallic materials,has a comparable to the activity of the alloy and precious metals,but nitrogen doped graphene preparation methods and types of regulation is now an important for the further development of nitrogen doped graphene factors,this article summarizes the stability at high temperature synthesis method of nitrogen doped graphene and its in the Oxygen reduction(Oxygen reduction reaction,ORR)catalyst applications,hope to be able to make nitrogen doped graphene materials can into industrial application in the future.
