摘　　要：训练飞行不同于航空公司运输飞行,具有训练科目复杂、指挥难度大、机组关注度不一等特点。本文通过对制订预案的两大误区和四大原则进行分析研究,不断提高管制指挥预案的质量,从而达到安全精飞的效果。Different from airline transport flight, training flight has the characteristics of complex training subjects, difficult command and different attention of aircrew. This paper analyses two misunderstandings and four principles of making control and command preplan in order to continuously improve the quality of the preplan and achieve the effect of safe and precision flying.
