摘 要:手提式灭火器是飞机运行的重要安全保障设备。自上世纪80年代以来,民航业一直采用哈龙灭火器。但是研究发现,哈龙类灭火剂对大气臭氧层有破坏,导致到达地球表面的紫外线明显增加,因此国际民航组织要求飞机手提式哈龙灭火器需逐步替换为环保型的灭火器。本文通过分析国内外哈龙替代灭火剂的历史问题及发展现状,对比国内外灭火器适航政策,总结出当前国内飞机手提式灭火器面临的适航取证难点及建议。The portable fire extinguisher is an important safety device for the aircraft. Halon fire extinguisher has been widely used in civil aviation since the 1980s. But studies have found that halon fire extinguishing agents deplete the ozone layer, leading to a sharp increase of ultraviolet rays reaching the surface of the earth. Therefore, the ICAO required that halon portable fire extinguishers for use in aircraft should be gradually replaced with environmentally friendly portable fire extinguishers. This paper summarizes the difficulties in domestic airworthiness certification of environmentally friendly portable fire extinguishers and gives some suggestions for improvement by analyzing the historical problems and current situation of halon replacement and comparing relevant policies for aircraft portable fire extinguishers at home and abroad.
