摘 要:本次研究对卡箍快开结构进行强度分析,通过实际工况针对卡箍快开结构的载荷与约束作出有效处理,经ANSYS软件分析得到其应力分布规律,再对其进行强度校核及热应力耦合分析,这给分析设计的可靠性提供了依据。研究结果表明,卡箍快开结构的横梁位置上大部分应力强度值小于在设计温度下的设计应力强度值,这其中有一定的优化空间。所以本次研究着重针对此处进行结构优化,使其结构厚度减小,更加经济化、合理化。In this study,the strength of the clamp quick opening structure is analyzed,the load and constraint of the clamp quick opening structure are effectively dealt with through the actual working condition,the stress distribution law is obtained through the analysis of ANSYS software,and then the strength check and thermal stress coupling analysis are carried out,which provides the basis for the reliability of the analysis and design.The results show that most of the stress intensity values in the beam position of the clamp quick opening structure are less than the design stress intensity values at the design temperature,which has certain optimization space.Therefore,this study focuses on structural optimization to reduce the thickness of the structure and make it more economical and reasonable.
