摘 要:大流量长距离高扬程泵站,在事故停泵时极易发生断流弥合水锤,对泵站设备和运行人员的安全造成危害。为合理布置输水管线,采用KYPipe Surge2010水力分析软件对四面山泵站过渡过程水力特性进行仿真模拟。水锤计算结果表明,泵站站址附近合适地形条件上修建中转上水池提水较一站式提水,其水力特性简单,水锤防护难度小,综合投资省。方案实施后,可以改善高坪河、干溪河及湘江干流河段的水质,提升湘江沿岸居民生活品质。The pumping stations with large-flow,long-distance and high-lift are extremely prone to occur the water hammer of cavities collapsing,which will have the harm to the safety of pumping station equipment and operators.In order to reasonably design the water transmission pipeline arrangement scheme,the KYPipe surge 2010 hydraulic analysis software was used to simulate the hydraulic characteristics of transition process for Simianshan pump station.The water hammer calculation results show that:compared with the one-stop water lifting shceme,the water lifting scheme by construction the transfer water tank at the suitable topographical conditions near the pumping station site has the advantages of simple hydraulic characteristics,small water hammer protection difficulty and low comprehensive investment.After the scheme implemented,the water quality of Gaoping river,Ganxi river and the main stream of Xiangjiang river can be improved,and the living quality of the residents along Xiangjiang River can be improved.
