摘 要:缓解红层区缺水问题,合理开发利用地下水资源事关红层区经济社会发展和人民生活质量,是对党中央“三农问题”、“精准扶贫”、“乡村振兴”等重大战略的具体落实。以重庆市江津区为例,采用实地调查和访谈等方法,分析研究区红层区地下水开发利用的现状和开发利用中存在的关键问题,从政府、各部门、技术承担单位及村民自身等角度和层面提出对策措施,丰富了红层打井工程及地下水资源开发利用的理论和技术方法,具有较好的理论和实践意义。In order to find a quantitative evaluation method for the impact of well drilling project in red layer on farmers′life,and help precision poverty alleviation and rural revitalization,this paper adopts the research methods of theoretical discussion and empirical analysis,questionnaire survey and mathematical model,etc,design a set of indication systems from the farmers income growth,shaft water supply capacity,farmers living environment improvement and sustainable utilization of shaft dimension,set up the index weight reasonablely,adopt multi-factor comprehensive evaluation model for the evaluation of the empirical study area.The result shows that The well drilling project has a comprehensive impact on the farmers life,the main contents are the increase of farmers′economic income,the water supply capacity and the sustainable utilization of wells,it has the most prominent effect on the growth of farmers′economic income,but the improvement of farmers′living environment is not ideal.The research shows that the evaluation index system is in line with the regional reality,the method is feasible,the operation is strong,and has good theoretical and practical significance.
