摘 要:根据大气质量分析的结构特点,传统的模糊综合评价模型无法切合实际的评价城市大气质量,提出将熵权法和改进模糊综合评价模型相结合,建立基于熵权的改进模糊综合评价模型。应用熵权法确定评价指标权重系数,通过指定的权向量矩阵隶属度相乘分别确定决策方法权重再相加可以得出某个评价对象从整体对评价等级的隶属度。将该模型应用于2019年宜昌市上半年大气质量评价,依据最终隶属度大小进行优劣排序,得到评价结果。According to the structural characteristics of air quality analysis,the traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model can not be used to evaluate urban air quality,the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight was established by combining the entropy weight method with the improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model.The entropy weight method is applied to determine the weight coefficient of evaluation index the membership degree of a certain evaluation object to the evaluation grade can be obtained by multiplying the membership degree of the specified weight vector matrix to determine the weights of the decision-making method respectively and then adding them together.The model is applied to air quality evaluation in the first half of 2019 in Yichang.Rank according to the final membership degree and get the evaluation results.
