李靖宇图书馆学思想及工作实践综述

摘　　要：李靖宇先生是被图书馆界忽略的一位民众图书馆学家。笔者借助他的论著及相关文献资料,梳理总结了1933-1937年李靖宇先生的图书馆活动与成就。他提出了以县为单位的民众图书馆即"县单位民众图书馆"这一全新概念,创新了民众图书馆思想;创建了以简易乡师图书馆为总馆,以乡民图书馆为分馆,以巡回图书(巡回书箱、巡回文库)为流动站的三级图书馆服务体系;主张图书馆的分编和管理要因地制宜、大胆创新;注重图书馆知识的普及教育及专业人才的培养;积极参与业界活动,为乡村图书馆发声。李靖宇先生的民众服务理论、单位概念和三级服务体系,对我国基层图书馆事业、总分馆制建设及乡村文化振兴具有一定的借鉴意义。Mr. Li jingyu is a citizen library scientist ignored by the library community. With the help of his works and related documents,Mr. Li jingyu sorted out his library activities and achievements from 1933 to 1937. The three-level library service system is adopted with the simple rural teachers‘ library as the main library,the rural residents’ library as the branch library,and the traveling books(traveling cases and library)as the mobile station. It is suggested that the division and management of the library should be based on local conditions and be bold and innovative. Pay attention to the general education of library knowledge and the cultivation of professional talents;Actively participate in industry activities,speak for the village library. His theory of public service,the concept of unit and the three-level service system can be used for reference in the construction of grassroots libraries,general branch libraries and the revitalization of rural culture.
