摘　　要：合适的专利检索工具是专利检索及分析工作的基本条件。以不同方向技术作为样本,通过精细的检索结果记录比对和文本分析,对CNIPR、万方、CNKI、IncoPat以及Patsnap五个常用的中国专利数据库进行检索测试,从数据完整性和准确性、数据更新情况以及检索精确度等方面对以上各库做出评价。通过结果分析,得出7条测评结论,为专利检索用户及情报分析人员在何种场合使用何种数据库提供参考和使用建议。Appropriate patent retrieval tools are the basic conditions for patent retrieval and analysis. This paper takes different directions of technology as samples, through detailed comparison of retrieval results and text analysis, five commonly used Chinese patent databases, CNIP, Wanfang, China How Net, IncoPat and Smart Bud,are tested. The above databases are evaluated from data integrity and accuracy, data update and retrieval accuracy. Through the result analysis, seven evaluation conclusions are drawn, which can provide reference and suggestions for patent retrieval users and information analysts on which occasion and which database to use.
