摘　　要：档案馆正处于面向国家治理体系与治理能力现代化的建构中,其职能正处于变革中的重构阶段。因而,本文提出档案馆应匹配国家建设的档案需求而明晰以公共文化事业单位为主线的职能界定。由此,基于我国社会转型的多重情境,档案馆职能将面向三层维度递进深化:全面守护国家信息资产的机构改革示范者、深度开发信息资源产品的文化产业引领者、协同构建信息空间的全球治理共建者。Archives are in the constructing process of modernization of national governance system and capacity,and their functions are in the stage of reconstruction.Therefore,this paper proposes that archives match the archival needs of national construction and clearly define the functions of public cultural institutions as the main line.Therefore,based on the multiple situations of China's social transformation,the functions of archives will be gradually deepened in three dimensions:the model of institutional reform comprehensively protecting the national information assets,the leader of cultural industry deeply developing information resource products,and the global governance co-builder that cooperates to build information space。
