摘 要:团雾是严重影响公路交通安全的灾害性天气之一。利用交管部门核定的江苏省2013年和2015年5次团雾事故数据以及公路交通气象站和常规气象站资料,从团雾发生地理环境、天气背景入手,分析了江苏省团雾能见度、相对湿度、风等要素变化特征,探讨团雾预报着眼点,为防范团雾灾害提供参考依据。结果表明:(1)团雾可在雾、弱降水和污染的背景条件下发生。团雾形成是公路沿线能见度强度分布不均匀的原因。(2)相对湿度>92%,日气温降幅>7℃,风力<2 m/s,路面温度和气温温差2℃以上对团雾预报具有参考意义。团雾的能见度生消散变化与风向变化关系较为密切。(3)团雾事故多发生在能见度急剧变化期,能见度急剧下降和上升期间都易诱发交通事故。Agglomerate fog is considered as one type of disastrous weather disrupting the road transport safety.Based on the data of five traffic accidents caused by agglomerate fog in Jiangsu province in 2013 and 2015 provided by traffic management department and the data of road weather stations and conventional weather stations,starting from the geographical conditions and weather background,this paper analyzed the variation characteristics for agglomerate fog in terms of visibility,humidity,wind and so on.The agglomerate fog forecast focus of attention was explored in order to provide a basis in preventing disasters due to agglomerate fog.The results show that:(1)Agglomerate fog may occur under the background of fog,weak rainfall with local pollution.The formation of agglomerate fog is the reason of the inhomogeneous varied visibilities along the road.(2)Relative humidity is over 92%,air temperature drop within a day exceeds 7℃,wind speed is less than 2 m/s,during night to early morning the difference between road surface temperature and air temperature exceeds 2℃,those can provide some reference for forecasting agglomerate fog.There is a closely relationship between wind direction change and the formation and dispersion of agglomerate fog.(3)The accidents largely occurred during the abrupt change in the visibility of agglomerate fog,especially a rapid increase or decrease period of the visibility.
