摘　　要：目的探讨康复路径护理措施对肺腺癌患者恢复状况的影响。方法选取2016年6月~2018年6月我院住院的88例肺腺癌患者开展本次研究,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组采用康复路径护理措施,比较两组患者护理前后肺功能相关指标、6 min步行距离,比较两组患者护理后心理状态、生活质量。结果两组患者护理后FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF及MMEF均较护理前有所改善,且观察组FVC、FEV1、FEV1/FVC、PEF及MMEF值均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者抑郁、焦虑评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者护理后6 min步行距离比护理前明显增加,且显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理后生活质量评定表中各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对肺腺癌患者采用康复路径护理措施,可有效改善肺功能,降低心理焦虑和抑郁,增强运动耐力,提高生活质量,值得在临床中推广。Objective To explore the effects of rehabilitation pathway nursing measures on recovery of patients with lung adenocarcinoma.Methods A total of 88 patients with lung adenocarcinoma admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study.According to the method of random number table,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 44 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing.The observation group was intervened with rehabilitation pathway nursing measures.The lung function related indexes and 6 min walking distance between the two groups before and after nursing were compared.The mental state and quality of life between the two groups after nursing were compared.Results After nursing,FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF and MMEF of the two groups were improved The values of FVC,FEV1,FEV1/FVC,PEF and MMEF in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of depression and anxiety in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the walking distance of 6 minutes after nursing was significantly longer than before,and significantly higher than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of all dimensions in the quality of life assessment table in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The rehabilitation pathway nursing measures can effectively improve lung functions of patients with lung adenocarcinoma,reduce anxiety and depression,enhance their exercise tolerance,and improve quality of life.It is worth popularizing in clinic.
