摘　　要：网约护士不仅关系到患者的人身安全及个人信息安全,更关系到患者的身心健康。因此要进一步强化对护理人员以及其所在机构的管理,建立规范服务培训制度,促进护理人员与患者和谐相处。这对网约护士服务模式健康发展有着重要意义。Online nurses are not only related to the personal safety and personal information safety of patients,but also to the physical and mental health of patients.Therefore,it is necessary to further strengthen the management of nursing staff and their institutions,establish a standardized service training system,and promote the harmonious coexistence of nursing staff and patients.This is of great significance to the healthy development of the online nurse service model.
