摘　　要：目的:运用文献数据挖掘中医治疗多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovarian syndrome,PCOS)的中医用药关联规则。方法:对CNKI收录的中药方治疗PCOS的临床研究或医案文献报道1287篇,排除不符合纳入标准的文献,剩余406篇文献运用中医传承辅助系统,建立关联型数据库,分析PCOS的中医用药关联规则。结果:参与分析的213味中药符合条件的共有18条关联规则,涉及主要中药17味,包括熟地黄、当归、川芎、白芍、茯苓、山茱萸、苍术、香附、丹参、枸杞子、菟丝子、淫羊藿、甘草、枸杞子、白术、巴戟天、桃仁。结论:补血调经是治疗PCOS的基本原则,补肾健脾、燥湿化痰、益气活血为基本治疗大法。Objective:To dig into TCM medication association rules of polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)using documentation data.Methods:There were 1287 papers about clincial study or medical cases literture report of TCM prescriptions in the treatment for PCOS collected by CNKI,and 406 papers were left after excluding the papers that didn't meet the inclusion criteria,Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System(TCMISS)was used to establish association database,and analyze TCM medication association rules of PCOS.Results:There were 18 items of association rules among 213 herbs which meet the conditions and joined in the analysis,involving 17 main herbs.Conclusion:Enriching blood and regulating menstruation is the basic principle of treating PCOS,replenishing kidney and invigorating spleen,drying damp and removing phlegm,and invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation are the primary therapeutic methods.
