芎芷愈风汤治疗原发性三叉神经痛疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察芎芷愈风汤治疗原发性三叉神经痛的临床疗效。方法:将原发性三叉神经痛患者60例随机分为试验组、对照组各30例,对照组予卡马西平治疗,试验组在对照组治疗的基础上使用芎芷愈风汤治疗。治疗1个月后观察两组患者疼痛评分(视觉模拟评分法VAS)及疼痛症状改善情况。结果:试验组治疗前后VAS评分分别为(8.30±1.09)分、(5.67±0.99)分;对照组治疗前后VAS评分分别为(8.17±1.12)分、(7.27±1.05)分,VAS评分两组治疗前后及治疗后组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者疼痛症状改善情况比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:芎芷愈风汤可以减轻三叉神经痛患者疼痛症状,效果优于卡马西平。Objective:To observe clinical effects of Xiongzhi Yufeng Tang in the treatment for primary trigeminal neuralgia.Methods:Sixty patients were randomized into the experiment group and the control group,30 cases each group,the control group were treated by carbamazepine,and the experiment group by Xiongzhi Yufeng Tang based on carbamazepine.To observe visual analogue scales(VAS)and the improvements of pain symptoms in both groups one month after treating.Results:VAS scores of the experiment group were(8.30±1.09)points and(5.67±0.99)points before and after treating;while these of the control group were(8.17±1.12)points and(7.27±1.05)points before and after treating,the difference had statistical meaning in VAS scores before and after treating within two groups and between both groups after treating(P<0.05).The difference showed statistical meaning in the improvements of pain symptoms between both groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiongzhi Yufeng Tang could relieve pain symptoms of the patients,and its effects superior to these of carbamazepine.
