欧亚旋覆花化学成分及其生物活性的研究进展

摘　　要：从旋覆花中化学成分的研究背景及药理学意义入手探讨欧亚旋覆花化学成分及其生物活性,指出欧亚旋覆花为菊科旋覆花属植物,其主要化学成份是萜类化合物(倍半萜内酯,二萜和三萜类化合物)、黄酮及类固醇;分离的化合物显示不同的生物活性:抗癌,抗氧化,抗炎,神经保护活性和肝细胞保护活性。Chemical ingredient and its biological activity of Ouya Xuanfuhua(Inula Britannica L.)are discussed from the background of chemical ingredients and pharmacological significance of Xuanfuhua,Ouya Xuanfuhua belongs to the plants of Xuanfuhua genus,asteraceae family,and its main chemical ingredients are terpenoid(sesquiterpene lactone,diterpenoids and triterpenoids),flavone and steroid;the isolated compounds display different biological acitivities:anticancer,antioxidant,antiinflammatory,neuroprotective activity and hepatoprotective activity.
