摘　　要：目的交流和积累新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的救治经验。方法回顾性分析金华市确诊的17例COVID-19患者的流行病学史、临床症状、实验室检查结果、影像学检查结果和转归情况。结果17例患者中普通型15例,重型2例;起病前均有武汉旅行史或与COVID-19确诊患者接触史。疾病潜伏期为1~11(5.5±3.1)d。最常见症状是发热(94.1%),其次为干咳(41.2%),少有咳痰、肌痛、头晕和腹泻症状。白细胞计数在正常值范围内14例,淋巴细胞计数降低7例,C反应蛋白升高7例。早期影像学典型表现为两肺多发斑片影和磨玻璃影。经过治疗11例患者治愈出院,余下6例患者首次咽拭子病毒核酸检测已转阴。结论COVID-19具有很强的传染性,需要科学防控、积极治疗。尽早救治患者一般转归良好。Objective To analyze the clinical features of patients with coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19).Methods Seventeen patients with laboratory-confirmed COVID-19 were admitted to Jinhua Municipal Central Hospital from January 22 to February 7,2020.The epidemiology,clinical characteristics,laboratory results,chest CT scans,treatment process and outcomes of COVID-19 patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results There were 2 cases of severe type and 15 cases of common type among 17 COVID-19 patients.All patients had a history of travel in Wuhan or exposure to COVID-19 patients before onset.The disease incubation period was 1 to 11 days,with an average of(5.5±3.1)days.The most common symptom was fever(16/17),followed by dry cough(7/17)and dyspnea(4/17),but few presented with sputum,headache,myalgia,and digestive symptoms.As regarding to laboratory results,white blood cell count was mostly in the normal range(14/17);however,41.2%(7/17)of the patients had lymphopenia;additionally,less than half(7/17)had increased C-reactive protein.Early imaging was characterized by multiple patchy and ground glass shadows in both lungs.After active treatment,11 cases were cured and discharged,and in the remaining 6 cases the throat swab samples turned negative at the first test.Conclusion With early and active treatment,most COVID-19 patients can achieve good outcomes.
