摘  要:目的了解杭州城北地区肺炎支原体抗体阳性患者中人细小病毒B19(HPVB19)的流行状况。方法将922例肺炎支原体抗体阳性患者设为实验组,匹配887例健康志愿者作为对照组,使用酶联免疫吸附剂测定法(ELISA)和定量即时聚合酶链反应(q-PCR)方法对入组的血浆标本进行HPVB19-免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgM和DNA的检测。结果按年龄段和性别区分,两组之间的HPVB19-IgG阳性检出率均无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。实验组的HPVB19-IgM阳性检出率均高于对照组(均P<0.05或0.01)。12例HPVB19-DNA阳性者全部为实验组,对>103拷贝/ml的5例样本进行测序分析,4例为1a基因型,1例为1b基因型。结论杭州城北地区肺炎支原体抗体阳性患者的HPVB19的现症感染率明显高于对照组,而既往感染率与对照组相比无统计学差异。4例为1a基因型,1例为1b基因型。Objective To explore the distribution of human parvovirus B19 infection in mycoplasma pneumonia positive patients in northern region of Hangzhou municipality.Methods The plasma IgG,IgM and DNA levels of HPVB19 were detected in 922 patients with positive mycoplasma pneumonia IgM and 887 healthy controls by ELISA and q-PCR.Results The HPVB19-IgG positive rate in patients group and in control group was 42.5%(392/922)and 42.9%(381/887),respectively(P>0.05);the HPVB19-IgM positive rate in patients group and in control group was 30.3%(280/922)and 5.0%(45/877),respectively(P<0.05).The HPVB19-DNA were detected in 12 samples from patients group.The sequencing and genetic phylogeny analysis were performed in 5 samples with HPVB19-DNA copy>103 copy/mL,showing 1a genotype in 4 samples and 1b genotype in 1 sample.Conclusion The current infection rate of HPVB19 in mycoplasma pneumonia IgM positive patients is higher than that in healthy controls and there is no significant difference in previous infection rate between two groups.
