自体骨粉和颞肌筋膜在中耳乳突手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的对自体骨粉和颞肌筋膜在中耳乳突手术中的应用进行分析和研究。方法研究对象为2014年01月至2018年12月期间经1年以上随访的30例乳突根治鼓室成形术同时以自体乳突皮质骨粉行乳突填充及颞肌筋膜覆盖、重建外耳道后壁耳道成形的患者。并对这些病例进行分析和研究。结果中耳乳突填充自体骨粉和颞肌筋膜并用,术后外耳道效果较好,耳道平滑宽敞,治愈时间较短,术后复发率较低,干耳率较高。结论自体骨粉在上鼓室及乳突区病灶清除后是一种值得选择的填充材料,辅以颞肌筋膜覆盖可以有效防止骨粉滑落。将二者结合对术后早期干耳有利。Objective To analyze and study the application of autologous bone meal and temporal muscle Fascia in mastoidectomy.Methods 30 mastoidectomy tympanoplasty patients were followed up for more than one year from January 2014 to December 2018.mastoid cortical bone powder was used to reconstruct the posterior wall of the external auditory meatus.These cases were analyzed and studied.Results The middle and second mastoid process filled with autogenous bone powder and temporal muscle Fascia had better effect on external auditory meatus after operation,smooth and spacious auditory meatus,shorter cure time,lower recurrence rate and higher dry ear rate.Conclusions Autogenous bone meal is a good material to be selected after the debridement of the upper tympanic cavity and mastoid area.Combination of the two is beneficial to early dry ear after operation.
