摘　　要：绝大多数鼻息肉生长在窦口鼻道复合体处,鼻中隔息肉极为罕见。本文报道了1例26岁女性,单侧鼻中隔下端鼻息肉病变。Most of the nasal polyps are located in the complex of the ostiomeatal complex.Polyp originated from nasal septum is extremely rare.We report a rare case of a 26 year old female with unilateral nasal polyp at the bottom of nasal septum.
