摘　　要：目的:探讨对单发性脑脓肿使用多层螺旋CT诊断的效果分析。方法:对2017年1月-2018年12月进行回顾性分析,选择22例单发性脑脓肿患者,所有患者均使用多层螺旋CT进行诊断,并且病理结果证实所有患者均为单发性脑脓肿,分析多层螺旋CT的诊断准确性,图像特点以及对不同部位的检出率。结果:层螺旋CT的诊断准确性95.45%与病理结果没有差异(P>0.05),大脑半球68.18%、小脑半球18.18%、基底节区4.55%、丘脑4.55%等不同部位的检出率均与病理结果没有差异(P>0.05),18例显示完整的脓肿壁,4例显示不完整的脓肿壁。结论:单发性脑脓肿使用多层螺旋CT进行诊断准确率较高,可作为临床诊断的依据。Objective To investigate the effect of multislice spiral CT in the diagnosis of single brain abscess.Methods 22 patients with cerebral abscess of single choice,all patients were diagnosed using multislice computed tomography (CT),and pathological results confirmed that all of the patients are single sex brain abscesses,analyze the diagnostic accuracy of multislice CT,image characteristics and the detection rate of different parts.Results The diagnostic accuracy of CT showed no difference between 95.45% and pathological results (P>0.05),the detection rates of cerebral hemisphere 68.18%,cerebellar hemisphere 18.18%,basal ganglia region 4.55%,thalamus 4.55% and other different parts were not different from pathological results (P>0.05),18 cases showed complete abscess wall,and 4 cases showed incomplete abscess wall.Conclusion Multislice spiral CT has a high diagnostic accuracy for single brain abscess and can be used as the basis of clinical diagnosis.
