摘  要:目的对呼吸道感染苛养菌分布及耐药特点予以分析。方法2016年1月—2018年12月间至该院就诊呼吸道感染病患者中选取170份痰液标本,行标本采集、细菌鉴定、菌株质控等操作后,对苛养菌分离结果、抗菌药物苛养菌敏感率行统计。结果研究样本共170份,共分离170株苛养菌,四种苛养菌对四环素所产生敏感率普遍较低,卡他莫拉菌、流感嗜血杆菌、副流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎链球菌敏感率分别为54.84%、48.98%,23.73%,25.81%对头孢唑啉等敏感性较高,卡他莫拉菌、流感嗜血杆菌、副流感嗜血杆菌、肺炎链球菌敏感率分别为96.77%、81.63%、93.22%、96.77%。结论将第三代头孢抗菌类药品应用至因苛养菌所引发呼吸道感染诊治中,具备较强抗菌能力,临床应用中可结合药敏数据制定用药方案,提升诊治成效。Objective To analyze the distribution and drug resistance of the respiratory tract infections.Methods From January 2016 to December 2018,170 sputum specimens were selected from patients with respiratory tract infections in our hospital.After specimen collection,bacterial identification,strain quality control,etc.,the results of separation of bacteria and bacteria statistics on the sensitivity of drug-tolerant bacteria were observed.Results A total of 170 samples were isolated,and 170 strains of bacterium were isolated.The sensitivity of four strains of bacterium to tetracycline was generally low.Moraxella catarrhalis,Haemophilus influenzae,Haemophilus parainfluenzae,pneumonia chain sensitivity rate was 54.84%,48.98%,23.73%,25.81%,and the sensitivity to cefazolin was higher.The sensitivity rates of Moraxella catarrhalis,Haemophilus influenzae,Haemophilus parainfluenzae and Streptococcus pneumoniae were respectively 96.77%,81.63%,93.22%,and 96.77%.Conclusion The third-generation cephalosporin antibacterial drugs are applied to the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory tract infections caused by harsh bacteria,and have strong antibacterial ability.In clinical applications,drug-sensitive data can be combined with drug susceptibility data to improve the diagnosis and treatment.
