治萎化异汤治疗胃癌癌前病变临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨治萎化异汤治疗胃癌癌前病变的临床效果。方法随机抽样法选取2017年2月—2019年2月该院74例胃癌癌前病变患者。平行对照法分为两组,各37例。对照组采用胃复春治疗,研究组采用治萎化异汤治疗。比较两组疗效。结果治疗后,研究组中医症状积分、胃镜下计分低于对照组(t=8.848、2.428,P=0.000、0.009);研究组中医症状改善总有效率(97.30%)高于对照组(78.38%)(χ^2=4.553,P=0.032);研究组病理总有效率(94.59%)高于对照组(72.97%)(χ^2=6.365,P=0.011);研究组VEGF蛋白表达阳性率(16.22%)低于对照组(37.84%)(χ^2=4.385,P=0.036);两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论胃癌癌前病变治疗中应用治萎化异汤可增强疗效,降低VEGF表达阳性率,且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Zhiweihuatang in the treatment of precancerous lesions of gastric cancer.Methods A total of 74 patients with precancerous lesions of gastric cancer were enrolled in the hospital from February 2017 to February 2019.Parallel control method was used to divide the patients into two groups,37 cases each.The control group was treated with Weifuchun,and the research group was treated with Weihuayitang.Compare the efficacy of the two groups.Results After treatment,the TCM symptom scores and endoscopy scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(t=8.848,2.428,P=0.000,0.009).The total effective rate of TCM symptom improvement in the study group(97.30%)was higher than that of the control group(78.38%)(χ^2=4.553,P=0.032);the total effective rate of the study group(94.59%)was higher than that of the control group(72.97%)(χ^2=6.365,P=0.011);the positive rate of VEGF protein expression in the study group(16.22%)was lower than the control group(37.84%)(χ^2=4.385,P=0.036);no serious adverse reactions occurred in either group.Conclusion The treatment of gastric cancer precancerous lesions can improve the curative effect and reduce the positive rate of VEGF expression with less adverse reactions.
