改进手术室整体护理对髋关节置换手术患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的分析髋关节置换手术患者应用改进手术室整体护理,对其下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成的影响。方法将该院自2016年3月—2019年3月接收的80例髋关节置换手术患者选为观察对象,进行随机分组,分为观察组(40例)与对照组(40例)两组。两组患者分别给予改进手术室整体护理与常规护理模式。对比两组患者的住院时间与下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)形成情况,观察两组患者的患肢水肿、疼痛及感染不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患者的住院时间为(12.9±1.5)d,优于对照组的(19.2±2.6)d,观察组形成下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)患者2例,形成率5.0%,明显优于对照组的7例与17.5%﹙t=3.658,χ^2=5.384,P<0.05﹚。观察组患肢发生水肿、疼痛及感染不良反应的患者3例,不良反应发生率7.5%,明显优于对照组的9例与22.5%﹙χ^2=9.538,P<0.05﹚。结论髋关节置换手术患者应用改进手术室整体护理,明显降低了患者下肢深静脉血栓的形成率与不良反应发生率。Objective To analyze the effect of improved overall operation of the operating room on the formation of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients with hip replacement surgery.Methods Eighty patients with hip replacement surgery received from March 2016 to March 2019 in the hospital were selected as observation subjects and randomly divided into two groups:observation group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).The two groups of patients were given improved overall operating room and general care mode respectively.The hospitalization time and the formation of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)of the lower extremities were compared between the two groups.The edema,pain and adverse reactions of the affected limbs were observed.Results The hospitalization time of the observation group was(12.9±1.5)d,which was better than that of the control group(19.2±2.6)d.In the observation group,2 patients with deep venous thrombosis(DVT)were formed,the formation rate was 5.0%,which was significantly better.In the control group,7 patients and 17.5%﹙t=3.658,χ^2=5.384,P<0.05﹚.In the observation group,3 patients had edema,pain and adverse reactions,and the incidence of adverse reactions was 7.5%,which was significantly better than that of the control group(9 cases and 22.5%)﹙χ^2=9.538,P<0.05﹚.Conclusion The application of improved operating room holistic nursing in patients with hip replacement surgery significantly reduced the rate of formation of deep venous thrombosis and the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with lower extremity.
