摘　　要：概念合成理论是认知语言学的一种理论,可以将其与英语翻译相结合。形象学是研究形象的学科。为了打造本土文化,塑造地方形象,可以将贵州省的历史文化名镇——青岩古镇译介为英语,让世界了解贵州,更好地促进文化交流。The conceptual blending theory is a theory of cognitive linguistics that can be combined with English translation.Image studies are the study of images.In order to build local culture and shape the local image,the famous historical and cultural town of Qingyan in Guizhou Province can be translated into English,so that the world can understand Guizhou and better cultural exchanges will be promoted.
