摘　　要：本文从颅脑交通伤院前急救评估、专科护理评估和专科护理处置重点3个方面,系统阐述了如何处理危及生命的损伤,如何通过管理呼吸、液体、颅内压、脑灌注压等维持颅脑交通伤患者大脑氧气供需平衡,防止和减少继发性脑损伤。This paper systematically describes the pre-hospital primary assessment,special nursing evaluation and special nursing intervention of craniocerebral traffic injury,describes how to save life-threatening injury and achieve the balance of cerebral oxygen supply and demand through management of breathing,liquid,intracranial pressure and cerebral perfusion pressure,so as to prevent and reduce secondary brain injury.
