摘  要:宋代重视礼仪用象。宋代君主有意识地突出礼仪用象的祥瑞观念,使其意义表征更加与宋朝的创立相联系,改造了历代史书中关于象的书写模式。至南宋时君主利用象所具有的祥瑞内涵,使象成为表明其统治正统性的工具。南宋初不少大臣反对礼仪用象,视象为"害兽",否认其具有的祥瑞属性,反对象的缘由也从"违物性"变为"诚心爱民",从中展现出理学新的天观与君主论。The Song Dynasty attached importance to the elephant in the Etiquette.The monarch of the Song Dynasty consciously used the auspicious concept of elephant so that its characterization was more connected with the founding of the Song Dynasty,and changed the historical writing mode of the ancient history books.As the elephant had the auspicious connotation,the elephant in the Southern Song Dynasty was used to show the orthodoxy of the monarchy.In the Southern Song Dynasty,the ministers who opposed the elephants had the backgrounds of Neo-Confucianism.The controversy about the elephant contained the thought of Neo-Confucianism,which regarded the elephant as"injurious animal"and denied its auspicious attribute.The discussion of the elephant also changed from "weiwuxing"(违物性)to"chengxinaimin"(诚心爱民).The scholar of Neo-Confucianism wanted to use the elephant’s argument to break the"Heaven and Man induction"theory,whichindicates the new view of Heaven and Monarchy.
