摘 要:在固定床微型反应器对新的、使用过及再生后选择性氧化脱硫工业催化剂HSO-35性能进行对比评价。结果表明,使用过的催化剂较新催化剂转化率有5~7个百分点的下降,选择性有所增加,再生催化剂具有接近新催化剂的活性,转化率和选择性明显优于使用过的催化剂。借助BET、TG-DTG、XRF、NH3-TPD分别对三种催化剂进行表征,结果显示再生后催化剂物化性质与新催化剂接近,而使用后催化剂比表面积下降且孔径增加明显,存在积炭和硫酸盐化,使得催化剂弱酸性中心减少、强酸性中心增加,从而造成活性下降。The catalytic performances of the fresh, used and regenerated samples of the commercial selective oxidation desulfurization catalyst HSO-35 were evaluated in a fixed-bed microreactor. The results showed that the used catalyst had a 5-7 percent decrease in conversion compared to the fresh catalyst, but the selectivity to sulfur increased, while the activity of the regenerated catalyst was close to that of the fresh catalyst. The catalysts were characterized by BET, TG-DTG, XRF and NH3-TPD.The results showed that the physic-chemical properties of the regenerated catalyst were similar to those of the fresh catalyst.However, the used catalyst had a decreased specific surface area and significantly increased pore size, and there were carbon deposition and sulfation, which reduced the weak acid sites and increased the strong acid sites of the catalyst, resulting in the decrease of activity.
