摘 要:测定了在大气压下308.2K、318.2K和328.2K时糠醛-二乙氧基甲烷-水和异佛尔酮-二乙氧基甲烷+水的液液相平衡数据,得到体系三元相图。由实验数据计算得到的分配系数和分离因子其值均高于1,表明糠醛和异佛尔酮作为萃取剂具有较好的萃取能力和较高的选择性;采用Othmer-Tobias和Bachman经验方程验证了实验数据的准确性和可靠性;利用NRTL和UNIQUAC热力学模型对实验数据进行关联,相对均方根偏差(RMSD)均低于0.0071,表明NRTL和UNIQUAC都能很好地关联三元体系的实验数据。The liquid-liquid equilibrium data of the systems of furfural-diethyloxymethane-water and isophoronediethyloxymethane-water under atmospheric pressure at 308.2 K, 318.2 K and 328.2 K were measured, and their ternary phase diagrams were obtained. The partition coefficients and separation factors calculated from the experimental data are all higher than 1,indicating that furfural and isophorone have good extraction ability and selectivity as extractants. The accuracy and reliability of the experimental data were verified by using Othmer Tobias and Bachman empirical equations. The experimental data were correlated by NRTL and UNIQUAC thermodynamic models, and the RMSD values of the both models are less than 0.0071, indicating that both NRTL and UNIQUAC can be used to correlate the experimental data of ternary system well.
