摘　　要：简述了天然气部分氧化制乙炔技术发展。根据该工艺过程反应温度高,反应物易燃、易爆,某些生成物易聚合的特点,结合生产实际,研究了其本质安全性,详细介绍了在工程设计和生产过程中所采取的具体措施。The development of acetylene production by partial oxidation of natural gas is briefly described. According to the characteristics of high reaction temperature, inflammable and explosive reactants, and easy polymerization of some products in the process, combined with the production practice, the intrinsic safety is studied, and the specific measures taken in the engineering design and production process are introduced in detail.
